Warranty Policy
At KarKrew, we stand by the quality and durability of our products. That’s why every purchase of a KarKrew Diffuser comes with a complimentary one-month warranty to cover any initial issues with the product. To give our customers an additional peace of mind, we offer a $15 LIFETIME warranty that protects against manufacturer defects and flaws. This warranty can be purchased within three months of the original purchase date of the product the customer claims. It covers one replacement of any KarKrew item purchased, as long as the customer provides proof of purchase and a photo or video showing the item’s damage. The warranty is non refundable.
Shipping Policy
At KarKrew we offer free shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped to ensure timely delivery.

Refund And Echange Policy
KarKrew offers exchanges for defective or damaged items at no additional cost if still under warranty. If you received a faulty product, please reach out to us with photos or videos of the issue, and we will be happy to assist. Customers will have a one month limited warranty period unless they have purchased the lifetime warranty. KarKrew currently does offer refunds.
